Hi! I am looking for more information on “run for a cause”(Princess run). Id like to form a team. I was told I will be able to select a cause once the registration goes lives, does this then reserve space for others who would be on my team?

    Hi Cheri!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I love runDisney and I especially love that they support and allow different charity groups to raise money during their race weekends.

You will be able to find the list of charity groups on the Princess Half Marathon registration page once they're all lined up and established. There will be links provided with registration information for all of the groups. (Each charity group reserves a certain number of registrations for each race.) You will use those links to register for your event and anyone who wants to come run with you will also need to register themselves individually. Normally, each runner will commit to raising a certain amount for the charity. If you mean that you want to have your own charity group take part in the weekend, I recommend contacting runDisney directly for more information on how to do that.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions before your race weekend!
