I am looking for information about the enchanted phone calls. I had Snow White call my daughter in April and I wanted to have Mickey call my son before our next trip but can't seem to find the website anymore. Any idea what happened to it?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Rick. Thanks for stopping by again with your question for us.

Although I've never personally utilized Disney Enchanted Calls to surprise my kids, I've read about it, and have had a few friends who've used it. Unfortunately, it does seem like the website is currently unavailable. Years ago, being a Disney Movie Rewards member allows you to receive a special call but that has since been discontinued as well.

At this time, it seems Guests can only schedule a phone call from select Disney Characters is by booking a Disney Cruise. We used the complimentary phone call to announce our trip to our children.

I do hope Tinker Bell comes around to sprinkle some pixie dust on the Disney Enchanted Calls website so that Mickey Mouse can surprise more children. If you have further questions, please visit us on the Panel again.

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
