Hello there, Jeni!
It's supercalifragilisticexpialidocious that you've brought your question to us here at planDisney with another question. Disneyland can be so magical, but making the most of all of the attractions can be tricky for some of us. No worries though! I’m here to give you practically perfect advice! At The Happiest Place On Earth,
everyone is welcome with open arms and a spoonful of sugar.
The
Disability Access Service (DAS) pass is specifically designed for guests who have difficulty waiting in regular queues. With the DAS pass, you can skip the long lines and return when the wait is shorter. No medical documentation is required. You can
request a live video chat to pre-register for the DAS between 2 to 30 days before your visit. During the chat, you'll be asked questions to help make your visit smoother and more enjoyable. If you prefer to call Disability Services directly, their phone number is (407) 560-2547, or you can email them at
disability.services@disneyland.com. They're always happy to lend a helping hand.
Oh, and don't forget to grab the
Disneyland Mobile App, Jeni! It's practically perfect in every way! You'll use it to scan your tickets when you get in. Plus, it'll hook up the
DAS Advance to your hubby's account, so you can score return times for attractions all day long. Pro tip: get to know the app before you hit the park so you can make the most of your jolly holiday! Oh, and my favorite part is using the app to place
Mobile Food Orders for meals and snacks to feed the birds (and myself). That way, you won't have to wait in those hangry-long lines.
Alright Jeni, I’ve got to go
Step In Time. But remember, if you need any more help, just
fly back to me here and I'll be happy to offer more
tips or
suggestions to make your Disneyland visit even more enjoyable.
Chim Chim Cher-ee!
