I am looking for information on DAS i am registered from my visit in august and would like to know how to sign up online and pick my two times for my trip on November 11,2021

    Hi Nancy,

How fun that you're returning to The Most Magical Place on Earth again! I hope you'll get to enjoy all of your favorite experiences again, and with all of the 50th anniversary excitement, I hope you discover some new favorites, too!

The Disability Access Service (DAS) is valid for 60 days, so with your visits more than 60 days apart, you'll need to re-register for DAS for your upcoming trip. The great news, though, is that pre-registration is now available 2-30 days ahead of time, so you'll be able to get everything squared away before you arrive! You'll simply want to video chat with a Cast Member between 7 AM and 10 PM Eastern time to casually talk about your concerns with waiting in traditional queues. The Cast Member will not only be able to complete your DAS registration but also assist you with booking return windows for up to two attractions per day with DAS Advance. Pretty sweet, huh? The other exciting update to the DAS is that you'll now be able to use the handy dandy My Disney Experience mobile app to request return times for attractions rather than needing to head to Guest Relations or the attraction itself. As the mama of an Autistic Mouseketeer, this service has always been a blessing to my family, and I'm thrilled with all of the recent updates. It's going to be easier to use than ever before!

Thanks so much for bringing your question to us here at planDisney, Nancy. I hope you have another truly magical Walt Disney World Resort adventure in just a few weeks!
