    Looking for information about DAS

Hello, Peggy and welcome to planDisney, we thank you for your question!

Disney’s Disability Access Service is one of many helpful Services for Guests with Disabilities to afford all Guests an enjoyable and inclusive visit. This service offers alternatives for those Guests whose disability presents them with challenges waiting in lines such as resting nearby the desired attraction, grabbing a bite to eat or enjoying some shopping.

Peggy, there are currently two ways to register for the DAS accommodation:
    1. In advance of your arrival through the DAS Advance virtual chat where you will consult with a Cast Member for registration, and then upon registration you will consult with a Cast Member to select for each day of your valid theme park admission, 2 one-hour arrival windows for eligible attractions, pending availability. This registration can take place from 2 days to 30 days before your visit.

    2. In-person at Disneyland Resort at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, or at a Guest Information location.

In preparation for your registration in either case kindly have all tickets for those in your travel party linked to your Disney account, and please have all your Disneyland Resort – Theme Park Reservations secured using valid theme park admission. The Guest requiring the DAS accommodation must be present for registration.

It would be helpful to download the Disneyland Mobile App because during your visit you as the registered DAS Guest or anyone on your DAS Guestlist will be able to use the Self-Selection Tool to request DAS Return Times, one at a time throughout the day. As well, the registered DAS Guest and those on the DAS Guestlist may request a DAS Return Time at any attraction entrance or Guest Experience Booth. Please note that the registered DAS Guest must be present to redeem the DAS Return Time at an experience.

For additional assistance, please call Disability Services at (407) 560-2547, or send an email to disability.services@disneyland.com.

    Tip:
You will be able to utilize the DAS accommodation along with the Disney Genie+ service if you wish.

It was my pleasure assisting you, Peggy, I hope this information is helpful, and I wish you a wonderful visit to Disneyland Resort, thank you!
