We are looking for a hotel options that have a separate room (pullout couch would be fine), full kitchen, and 60 day fast passes. Thanks!

Hi there Laura! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thanks for stopping by with your vacation planning question.

I like the way you think; for my family, separate sleeping spaces and access to a full kitchen help us fully relax and enjoy ourselves on vacation. Once we started traveling with our young Padawans, my husband and I started exclusively seeking this type of accommodation. Fortunately, Walt Disney World has a variety of options that provide guests with a home away from home as well as the benefit of a 60-day advance FastPass+ selection window.

If there are little Mouseketeers in your party, the family suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort offer three separate sleeping areas and accommodate up to 6 guests. This resort has major kid-appeal and is situated on the Disney Skyliner route. You'll soar like Dumbo on your way to EPCOT and Disney's Hollywood Studios. The microwave, sink, and coffeemaker provided in the kitchenette are ideal for prepping snacks and small meals. If you're looking to prepare a more involved meal that Chef Remy would be proud of, stay tuned!

The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort are also well-appointed for families looking for some extra space. The bedroom features a set of bunk beds and a queen-sized bed, while a double-size sleeper sofa awaits guests in the living area. The adjacent kitchen includes a microwave, convection oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher. Bon appétit!

Finally, (and I think I've saved the best for last!) the one-bedroom villas at Disney's Deluxe Villa Resorts are my absolute favorite accommodation in Walt Disney World. My family and I became Disney Vacation Club Members following our first stay in a one-bedroom villa at Disney's Old Key West Resort. After experiencing all 942 square feet of home away from home comforts, we were hooked. While all one-bedroom villas offer separate sleeping spaces, full kitchens, and laundry, their set up does vary amongst the Deluxe Villa Resorts. Disney's Old Key West Resort boasts the largest kitchens, while the one-bedroom villas at Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort and Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village feature two full bathrooms. Recently, I had the opportunity to stay in a one-bedroom villa at Disney's Riviera Resort, and I was quite impressed by the luxurious fixtures and elegant decor in Disney's newest resort.  I suggest taking a look at some photos online to see which appeals most to your family.

Laura, I wish you the best in finding the home away from home that best fits your family's needs. If there is anything else we can do to help advise you or make your stay even more magical, stop by and see us again. We love to help!

    See ya real soon,
