Looking for hotel with fastest bus service to the Parks, end of Jan 2013. Considering POP Century and PO-FQ. Looking for least amount of stops, least travel time. Does PO-FQ share bus service w/PO-R that time of year? thanks!

    Hi Jennifer,

I have stayed at both Disney's Pop Century Resort and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter.  Disney Transportation to Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter was almost universally faster.  Although the resort did share buses with the Riverside portion of the resort some evenings, it had its own buses in the mornings when we were trying to arrive at the parks on time.  Additionally, Disney's Port Orleans Resort is centrally located on Walt Disney World property.  Therefore, just about everything is closer to this resort than to Disney's Pop Century Resort.  While I knew that we'd be very close to Epcot and Disney's Hollywood Studios during our stay at French Quarter, I had no idea how close we were to the Magic Kingdom too.  There are some wonderfully direct back roads that Disney buses take from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - French Quarter to the Magic Kingdom.  And getting to Downtown Disney by boat is an added bonus to staying at this resort.  I highly recommend that you give it a try.

    Best wishes!
