We are looking for a hotel that accomodates a family of 6. Preferrably close to Magic Kingdom or Epcot. Does Disney Yacht Club have adjoining rooms?

The Fort Wilderness cabins can accommodate a family of six, Jennifer.  They also feature a full kitchen and a separate bedroom (which can be a valuable perk for large families!).  Fort Wilderness is located very close to Magic Kingdom.  There is even a ferry that offers quick and convenient transportation directly to Magic Kingdom.  In answer to part two of your question, yes, Disney's Yacht Club does indeed have adjoining rooms.  I hope that helps!

Given your inclination to plan a magical trip, I can already tell we have a lot in common. I'm Darcie, and my friends would be the first to tell you that Disney trip planning (especially dining!) is my love language. Of course, the vacations my family enjoys today look much different than they did when our kids were little, but while some of our favorite activities have evolved, Disney destinations still top our travel wish lists. Let's work together to plan a downright dreamy vacation for your family! Learn More About Darcie
