Looking for as much help as I can get for planning our first Disney cruise in either Jan/Feb 2013, Trip would include 4 adults and 3 children. When does the booking window open for that time frame, also book thru disney or travel agent? any help please

    Hi, Brian!

Congratulations on considering a Disney Cruise Line (DCL) vacation -- my large family and I have never regretted any resources spent on a Disney cruise. We have booked directly through DCL and through a third-party provider. When your booking window opens (which should be this fall), keep your eyes on DisneyCruise.com to find out a quote for your specifics. Then, with that information in mind, visit your local AAA office or travel agent. You will definitely need at least two staterooms, and a third-party provider may have special incentives for booking.

Don't forget that the Disney Magic will sail out of New York City in 2012 -- which may be the most convenient and cost efficient home port for you.  In that case, you can sail next year and book the cruise you have in mind while you're on board in order to get the best discount available. That's a great way to have your cake and eat it, too!

Let me know if you have more questions. I'd be happy to help! Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation.

    Bon voyage!
