Hi Andrea,
How special to take your daughter to Walt Disney World for her third birthday! I have a few ideas for you to make it as memorable as possible.
Be sure to get your daughter a birthday button, available at Guest Relations at the Walt Disney World theme parks free of charge. It is truly magical to hear cast members and guests wishing your little one happy birthday all day long. Also, any time that you make reservations, for your resort or for dining, be sure to indicate that you are celebrating your daughter's birthday. You never know when a little surprise might come your way. My daughter was given an amazing celebration cupcake at the end of her meal at The Plaza Restaurant in Magic Kingdom because our server noticed her birthday button on her 7th birthday. Experiences like this are not guaranteed, so do not expect them, and they will be even more magical!
You can also work with
Disney Floral and Gifts to create an in-room celebration or gift for your daughter. You can visit them online to browse the gifts, and then I suggest calling them at 407-WDW-GIFT (407-939-4438) to speak with a Dream Maker who can help to customize a gift for your daughter. They have lots of pirate and classic character themed gifts!
Finally, how about a trip to
The Pirates League at Magic Kingdom on her birthday? Here, she can be transformed into a pirate! How much fun to then go ride Pirates of the Caribbean all decked out. Children must be 3 years old to participate, so it would be a perfect celebration!
I hope that this gives you some ideas for celebrating your little one's birthday, Andrea. I would love to help you plan more; however, I am limited in the amount of space that I have to answer. Please do write back if you have any further questions!
