Hi Cheryl! There are lots of great table service options available within each park. I don't think you can go wrong with whatever you choose but here are my favorites for each park:
Magic Kingdom: Crystal Palace - I especially like to have breakfast here before the park opens. You can get a nice family picture in front of the castle before the crowds arrive. You'll also be finished with breakfast by the time the park opens if your reservation is early enough.
Epcot: there are so many great choices in Epcot. Pick a country and go for it! It will be hard for you to find a bad review on any of the fine restaurants here. A couple of my favorites are Teppan Edo, Via Napoli and Les Chefs de France. I know you said you have your character meals set but I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Garden Grill as that is a family favorite.
Hollywood Studios: 50's Prime Time Cafe - I just love the antics in this restaurant and the food is great, too. The peanut butter and jelly milkshakes are a must try! I actually like to have lunch here and then later in the day head over to the Sci-Fi Dine-In Theater for dessert.
Animal Kingdom: Tusker House - the menu is varied and includes some interesting African and Indian dishes but there are also items to choose from if you'd like more of an American meal. Many times I opt to dine at the Rainforest Cafe which is located near the entrance of the park.
I hope this gives you some ideas! You can research all of the dining options
here. Good luck with your choices and have a fabulous vacation! Diane
