looking for a good father son experience at WDW. We will be there for 10 days in July and looking for something special that my husband and son can do together and also something for my husband to relax and enjoy just for himself. Any ideas?

    Hi Marita!

10 days at Walt Disney World Resort is my kind of vacation! I love that you want to ensure that your husband will get to have a special moment for himself and get to create a special memory with his son.

Here are a few of my personal recommendations for your husband and son:

Have them to transform into pirates at The Pirates League at Magic Kingdom Park. With packages like The First Mate Package, kids of all ages can choose the character package that fits their personality.

FootGolf at Oak Trail Golf Course, anyone? My family and I experienced it this past summer and we had a blast! The course consists of 9 holes and is played with a regulation size soccer ball.

Void: Step Beyond Reality at Disney Springs is another great choice if they enjoy virtual reality technology. If they meet the minimum height requirement, they can choose from Step into Star Wars and Ralph Breaks VR.

For your husband, have you considered a spa treatment at Senses Spa at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa? He can choose from a Refined Gentlemen’s Facial or even one of the many massage therapies.

    Have a magical time!
