We are also a family of 7 and have found that the Disney Deluxe 2-Bedroom Villas are now our best option when we have the money to splurge on our Walt Disney World vacation. These amazing villas include a washer and dryer and a full kitchen, which also helps in off-setting food costs. Our favorite villas are located at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas-Kidani Village and Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. Both of these resorts have pools with zero-entry which is a big hit for my smaller children who are not strong swimmers yet.
When we are on a tighter budget, then we will get 2 rooms at a Disney Value Resort or a Disney Moderate Resort. Disney's Pop Century Resort is our favorite Value Resort, because of the theme, easy walk to Disney's Art of Animation Resort, and dedicated bus service. Disney's Port Orleans Resort-French Quarter wins for our favorite Moderate Resort due to the small size and boat service to Downtown Disney. The delicious beignets in the food court don't hurt either!
Although large in number, we can always find a Walt Disney World vacation to fit our budget! And each vacation has filled us with wonderful memories. I suggest taking a look at Walt Disney World's
