We are looking to go to Disney world in October but unsure of the best time. Where lines are shorter to make use of our time.

    Hi there, Tonia!

October is one of the best times to visit Walt Disney World when considering crowd levels!

Crowds are typically low during the first few weeks of October, with the numbers increasing closer to Halloween for Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party. Try to plan your visit during the week, as the weekends tend to have more guests.

The weather is also gorgeous and pretty mild during this time of year. Ranging from the mid 80s-low 70s, this average temperature is sure to help bring some additional joy to your Disney vacation.

However, no matter the time of year, you are sure to enjoy your magical, Disney vacation.

Tip: Be sure to download the My Disney Experience App so that you can monitor the wait times of your favorite attractions and to select FastPass+ reservation for the more popular events and attractions, all from your smart phone.

Enjoy your Disney getaway and thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
