Bradyn from CA Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Looking to go to the Disney parks the week of Thanksgiving. As family members flying in from interstate and overseas, we'd all like to go together. One sister has a season pass. Could she pay (a fee) and come on a blockout date? Buy a 1 day hopper?

    Hello, Bradyn!

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for stopping by!

I'm glad to tell you that you already have the answer to your question. If her Magic Key Pass is not eligible for reservations on a specific date, she can purchase a separate individual ticket to visit the theme parks as long as there's availability. I've done it before with Park Hoppers and One Park Per Day tickets, and it worked beautifully.

Since you're having a big family reunion, don't forget to book a few special meals to celebrate Thanksgiving the Disney way! You could enjoy scenic views at Lamplight Lounge or even a World of Color Dessert Party

I hope you and your family have a fantastic time together in November, Bradyn. Let us know if we can help again, okay?

May the magic be with you,

    Julie
