Hi I am looking to go to Disney Florida 5 April 19 for 16 nights.. To all of the Disney parks.. Would this be a busy or quiet time to go?

    Hi Sophie,

Ohmygoodness, a vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort for 16 nights sounds practically perfect in every way! You are going to have the most amazing time!

While you may find the crowd levels on the first few days of your vacation higher due to Easter and Spring Break visitors, you should see crowds dwindle quite a bit and I would guess that you'll be able to enjoy pretty moderate crowds for the remainder of your trip. My top two tips for visiting during a popular time of the year are to arrive early before the crowds pick up and maximize your use of the FastPass+ service. Did you know that in addition to being able to make three FastPass+ selections per day ahead of time, that once you've enjoyed those three experiences, you may use the My Disney Experience app or an in-park kiosk to make additional FastPass+ selections, one at a time, throughout the rest of the day? That will definitely help you save some time!

April is a wonderful time to visit, too, because there are a lot of special things happening, including the 2018 Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival. You won't want to miss the gorgeous flowers, delicious food, entertaining concerts, and fun for kids of all ages!

Thanks so much for visiting us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Sophie, and please let us know if you have any other questions as you're planning for your trip. I hope you have a truly magical vacation!
