Hi moms! We are looking into getting our familyAPs Our question is about our oldest, she turns 10 in Dec., our next trip is planned for Novthis yr. Does that affect what we get for her now or does it just mean when I renew I get her the 10+ then?

    Hi Jennifer!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with this great question. If you are planning to purchase your Annual Passes in November, you will pay the child price (Ages 3-9) for your daughter, even though she turns 10 a month later. When you renew the following year, you will then pay for an adult (Ages 10+) Annual Pass for her.

I have experience with this very issue. We purchased our Annual Passes in August of 2015, and my oldest turned 10 in January of 2016. We still paid the child price for her Annual Pass because she was 9 years old at the time of purchase. When we renew this August, we will pay the adult (10+) price for her Annual Pass.

I hope this helps with your planning, Jennifer. Please stop back again real soon if you have any other questions. Wishing you many magical memories!
