Looking at my Genie+ planning days It shows my first two days, which parks i am in so I can edit my selections. However, 3rd and subsequent days it does not show my designated park (I have a reservation). Is that normal?

Hey there, Chris!  Your Walt Disney World Resort holiday is just days away!  Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question.

Disney Genie Service allows Guests to build a customized itinerary by selecting which experiences they are most interested in so that Disney Genie can make personalized recommendations for their day.  When I select "My Genie Day" for my upcoming trip, on all the days I have Disney Park Pass reservations, the park I selected is showing under "My Day".  I suggest making sure you are using the latest version of the My Disney Experience mobile app, and also making sure your device is updated.  Also, try signing out and signing back in to see if that helps.  If not, try selecting the park you will be visiting that day and see if Disney Genie will allow you to select your party and make your experience selections.  Double-check that your Disney Park Pass reservations are showing under "Future Plans".  Keep in mind that some features in the app are only available while in the U.S.  If you are still having trouble, give the Technical Support team a call to see if they can help.

I wanted to let you know that it is not necessary to use the personalized itinerary feature of Disney Genie Service in order to use Disney Genie+.  In fact, since whenever I visit Walt Disney World Resort I already have an idea of which attractions and entertainment I'd like to experience and where I would like to dine, I didn't use the recommendations suggested by Disney Genie at all.  I did use the Tip Board to view attraction wait times and select Lightning Lane experiences.  I also like the map feature in the My Disney Experience app, which can be accessed using the location button at the bottom of the screen.  The default view is Wait Times at Magic Kingdom Park, but you can use the filter and drop-down menu at the top to change locations and choose options such as Dining, Characters, PhotoPass, and more.

I am wishing you a wonderful holiday!  Please feel free to visit planDisney again with any additional questions you may have.  Enjoy your stay!
