Cheerleading Worlds season at the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex is such an exciting time to visit Walt Disney World. The energy there is absolutely incredible.
The good news is that Guests are allowed to leave and re-enter the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex on the same day, as long as they have valid admission for that day. So if you need to step out for a break, grab food elsewhere, return to your resort, or simply come back later, you should be able to do so without an issue.
The one thing to keep in mind is that entry requirements can vary depending on what event is taking place at the complex during your visit. Some events, especially those run by outside organizers like major cheerleading competitions, use their own spectator ticketing systems rather than standard Disney admission.
Because of that, the type of ticket you need may depend entirely on the specific event happening during your trip. In many cases, event spectators purchase admission directly through the event organizer rather than through
Walt Disney World itself. On the other hand, if you already have a
Walt Disney World ticket with the Water Parks and Sports Option attached, and there is no separately ticketed special event requiring outside admission, that ticket may allow you to enter the complex as one of your included visits.
