I am looking forward to the Skyliner opening. If we are staying at a resort that does not have Skyliner access, can we drive to that resort to get on? And will the Skyliner stop at Hollywood Studios let you know if HS is over capacity before you get off?

It's great to see you here today at the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Chappell!

There are a lot of exciting things happening at Walt Disney World Resort in 2019, but just like you, I'm really looking forward to the Disney Skyliner, the brand new transportation system coming this fall to make it even easier for guests to get where they want to go. I'm so excited about the new gondola system that I've even booked myself a stay at Disney's Pop Century Resort later this year so I can take advantage of the station that's being built nearby for easy transportation to Disney's Hollywood Studios and Epcot.

Since Resort Hotel transportation is usually reserved for guests who are staying there and guests with dining reservations, you probably won't be able to park at a resort in order to use the Disney Skyliner, but there are a few other options! You can use a Minnie Van or another rideshare service to get dropped off at a Resort Hotel, or you can book yourself a dining reservation at a restaurant like Sebastian's Bistro at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort so you're able to park in the parking lot there. While theme park closures for capacity are pretty rare, you'll be able to be notified right away if you download the My Disney Experience app! It'll push a notification to your phone if any parks have temporarily stopped accepting guests.

    Have a magical day, Chappell!
