Hi, We are looking forward to our return trip to Coronado Springs & are keen to join in with decorating our room window :-) Do you know the sizes of the windows?? Travelling from the UK so we're keen to pack only what we need! Many Thanks!

Hi there, Nicola, and welcome to planDisney! My friends and fellow Panelists are here and always happy to answer your questions about planning your next Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It sounds like you're looking forward to getting packed for your upcoming trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth! I always tend to pack a little too much, so I understand you wanting to be sure you know how to prepare.

Window decorating sounds like so much fun! I brought little decorations for my stateroom walls and door on my recent Disney Cruise Line vacation, and I had so much fun choosing mementos that fit my personality. It made "coming home" to my stateroom even more magical!

Nicola, I know you're hoping for exact dimensions of your window at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort. I looked at photos of the room and did a bit of research, but am unable to tell the exact size. By the photos, it looks to be about four feet by six feet - a pretty large canvas for you to decorate! I've noticed that many people are now using battery-operated string lights held up with command hooks or suction hooks. Window clings are also really packable. I'd love to encourage you to make sure that your decorations don't require putting holes in the wall or sticky substances on the wall or window. And, of course, you won't want to leave any of your decor for Mousekeeping to take care of after you depart.

If you find that you want to add a little bit more to your decorations, I have to recommend the World of Disney store at Disney Springs. With everything from home decor to apparel to holiday items, you'll definitely find something worth bringing back home in your suitcase! It has the largest collection of Disney merchandise, and I could spend hours browsing the mug wall and picking out little Princess dolls for my daughter.

The sky is the limit when choosing your decor! I hope you have the very best time adorning your home away from home at Walt Disney World Resort. If you have any other questions about how to make the most of your vacation, please stop back by planDisney!

    See you real soon!
