Ciao, Giovanna. Benvenuto a planDisney! I feel the enthusiasm in your question, so I’m thrilled you thought to visit us before your trip.
For all sailings, you will find that the entertainment, dining, youth activities, and experiences onboard will be presented in English. Crew Members also speak English, plus many are multilingual and available to assist Guests in other languages as needed. If you have a special request or require additional assistance (such as dietary requirements, medical equipment, or hearing & visual services), you can fill out a
special services form.
Trust me, the service you’ll be treated to on Disney Cruise Line is the best in the industry. The Crew finds a way to make every moment magical, and it starts from the moment you step onto the ship and your family is announced. Disney also offers twice-daily housekeeping in your stateroom, where they will not only tidy up, but your stateroom hosts will perform turndown services in the evening (and you just might find a chocolate on your bed next to a towel buddy).
The Disney Cruise website has a fantastic list of things
first-time cruisers should pay attention to. And don’t forget to download the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator app if you haven’t already to have all the fun and scheduling power in the palm of your hand. Within the app, you can communicate with members of your travel party, as well as new friends you make, once on the ship.
Finally, I recommend taking advantage of
all the things that are included in the price of your Disney Cruise vacation, like the free room service, incredible entertainment, and all the nightlife and
Deck Parties. I could go on and on about why I love cruising with Disney, but I’ll let you get back to planning your holiday. If you think of anything else we can help with, I hope you’ll visit us again here at
planDisney.
Bon voyage,
Sami
