Ahoy there Eleanor, it's great to welcome you aboard planDisney!
Now when it comes to booking vacations at Disney Destinations around the world, many fellow Canucks may have lamented the lack of
toll-free numbers to contact Walt Disney World Resort and having to find ways to deal with having to call long-distance. Luckily at the current time, this isn't the case for Disney Cruise Line and Canadians looking to take advantage of
Special Offers such as the can currently call the shoreside Cast Members via the Help Center on the website!
- On the page outlining the current Canadian Resident offer with promotional savings on select sailings in 2025, the phone number listed under "How To Book" is written as (800) 491-9744. This page may also be subject to change, updated or be unavailable in the future so it's a good idea to contact them soon while this number is still accurate at the time of writing; it's also important to note that they clearly state the following: "If booking through our Contact Center, must mention code CAN."
From my personal experience living and working on board, I always recommend to anyone traveling with our youngest sailors to be as familiar as possible with the requirements for the
youth spaces such as Disney's Oceaneer Club and the water play areas up on deck.
Whether or not your child is completely toilet trained can make a huge difference in what they can or cannot experience on the ships (and ultimately how much your whole family might enjoy their time on board) and I personally think it's often worth really making sure that your child is fully prepared, familiar and comfortable with navigating and
enjoying group settings before you consider checking them in to secure programming for the first time. Either way, heading up to enjoy the
AquaLab on the
Disney Magic is definitely something you'll want to check out together as a family, as you enjoy your
4-Night Western Caribbean Cruise from Galveston!
Here's to Canadian adventurers of all ages embarking on their voyages at sea!
