You came to the right place, Ivonne! planDisney is happy to help you get your vacation planning started!
The best resource is the
Walt Disney World Resort website! When you arrive at the site, look to the top of the screen for the “Build Your Vacation” heading. You’ll need to enter the preferred dates of your travel, the number of adults and children, and if you have a preferred resort hotel. When selecting a resort hotel, be sure to select “Package” (as opposed to room-only). The package includes a room at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel as well as theme park tickets!
I also recommend looking at the
special offers that are available for Guests! These offers are available throughout the year. They are updated frequently and result in great savings! The offers are usually available for specific dates. If you can find an offer that matches your preferred travel dates, you could end up saving quite a bit of money!
Another good place to begin planning is to consider which Walt Disney World Resort hotel you will want to call your Disney “home.” There are resort hotels in the
value,
moderate, and
deluxe ranges. I recommend checking Disney’s Art of Animation Resort (value), Disney’s Pop Century Resort (value), Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort (moderate), Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort Gran Destino Tower (moderate), Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort and Spa (deluxe), Disney’s Riviera Resort (deluxe), and Disney’s Yacht Club Resort (deluxe). You can check out all of these resorts (and others) on the Walt Disney World Resort website!
Ivonne, I hope these are helpful tips as you begin your planning! You can also feel free to send planDisney as many questions as you like during your planning! We're happy to answer anything from the most general to very specific planning questions!
Happy Planning!
