Hi Dennis!
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your Walt Disney World Annual Pass. I recently became a Disneyland Passholder myself, and oh goodness this a fun club to which to belong.
Walt Disney World Resort has been busy updating its '
My Disney Experience' website and
mobile app, so it is possible that if you log-out and then re-log-in, any problem that you see may have resolved itself. A few friends and I went to Walt Disney World Resort in May where we used all of the days on our tickets, but and a few weeks ago we all saw that those same tickets were back in our profiles as though we never used them. Sadly, that was a goof due to the update which has since been resolved. The 'reassign ticket' message is usually an option for tickets before their first use; it's like a just-in-case safety feature where if you bought your tickets and then one person had to miss out on the vacation due to whatever reason, you could reassign the original ticket to someone else you invited last-minute. I guarantee you're seeing this message due to the update and that everything is fine with your son's ticket.
If your family all purchased your passes at the same time, then your renewal date should all be the same and the incorrect date is just another mistake. You can reach out to the
Disney World Passholder Team for more info specifically regarding your passes, but hopefully everything will look the way it should in a few days. The phone number is (407) WDW-PASS, and there is a super useful
online 'Help Form'.
I hope this helped, and We'll See You Real Soon Dennis!
