I was looking at either going to Disney this Jan 13-17th or going in May 19-23. Can you tell me about the crowd difference and weather?

    Hi Katie,

I would HANDS down recommend traveling the January dates as opposed to the May dates you've mentioned!  Although the Walt Disney World Marathon will just be wrapping up on the 13th, most guests will be headed out on that day and the crowds will definitely be much lower than mid-May, when the early Summer crowds begin rolling in.  With Memorial Day falling on the 27th, I have a feeling that families will begin heading down that week to spend the holiday!

January crowds are generally much lower and the temperatures are cooler and more enjoyable!  My family always travels in January and it's kind of become our little secret because we're always amazed at the minimal queue lines and relaxing climate!

    Best Wishes,
