I was looking at the dolphin hands on encounter for my 5 year old at the Cozumel port.My husband and I would do the “observer” option. My question is : is my 1 year old allowed to accompany us? There isn’t an option for “under 3” observer

Ahoy there Jill, and welcome to planDisney!  Your magical vacation onboard Disney Cruise Line is quickly approaching.  I hope you and your family are getting excited!

The Dolphin Observer at Dolphinaris-All Inclusive Port Adventure sounds like a great activity for your family to watch your 5 year old interact with dolphins.  Please note that you or your husband may need to get into the water if your five year old should start to feel uneasy, so make sure that you have swimwear.

In the observer option, 0 to 2 year olds can also reserve this Port Adventure at no cost (subject to change), so your 1 year old will be able to accompany you all.  If your 5 year old wanted to snorkel out in the ocean after the dolphin program, your 1 year old wouldn't be able to go, though.  Snorkeling is for young ones at least 5 years old.

If you have any other questions, sail back to planDisney, and we will be happy to help.

    Bon Voyage!
