Hi! We’re looking into doing a split stay at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, Caribbean Beach Resort and Animal Kingdom Lodge; however, we were wondering if we could still book all of our dining reservations 60 days before our 1st check in day?

    Hiya Fernanda!

Welcome to planDisney, the most magical place on the internet. Wow, Fernanda, what an exciting trip you are planning! I love staying at Disney Resort hotels and experiencing the different amenities and themes. Besides, there is no better way to start your day than with some Mickey Mouse waffles!

Let's talk about those dining reservations! You are correct that Disney Resort hotel Guests can book dining reservations 60 days in advance and for their length of stay (up to ten days). When it comes to split stays, unfortunately, this means that you will be able to start making dining reservations 60 days before your first reservation and for the length of that stay. Then, 60 days before the first day of your second reservation, you will be able to book dining reservations for the length of that stay. You will not, however, be able to make reservations for the length of all three Resort hotel reservations as they will be separate bookings.

Now, I don't know about you, Fernanda, but I am a huge foodie, to the point where I almost get as excited about Disney Food as I am about other attractions. Since you will be visiting in February, you will most probably be able to enjoy the EPCOT International Festival of the Arts, which typically runs from January to February. During this festival, you will be able to participate in unique activities like The Expression Section: A Paint-by-Number Mural or the Disney on Broadway Concert Series, but also try new food booths only available during this festival! Although we do not know which menu items will be returning next year, the Deconstructed Key Lime Pie is a crowd favourite that has returned for multiple editions of the festivals. Other great food options include the Wild Mushroom Risotto by the Canada pavilion or the Sushi Donut found in Japan. To get a better idea of all the offerings available and which ones you would like to try, check out the Disney Parks Blog's Foodie Guide before your trip and pick up a festival passport on your way into EPCOT!

I hope this was helpful, Fernanda, and that you and your Ohana will have the best day ever on your next Disney vacation! If you have any other questions or need more food recommendations (my personal favourites), please don't hesitate to reach back out. As Remy once said: "Vous serez toujours la bienvenue chez Remy!"

    À bientôt et bon appétit,
