    We are looking at doing the pirate/mermaid transformation for my 3 girls in March. But can't find any info on making a reservation for it. Is one needed? recommended?

    Arghhhhh!  So....... you are interested in The Pirates League at Disney's Magic Kingdom Park?  Let me help.  Please call (407) WDW-CREW asap in order to secure these ever important reservations.  Without one, you may likely be turned away.  There are a few options for your little ladies to choose from, so be sure to take a look.  The Pirates League is a true hidden gem inside Magic Kingdom Park.
