,were looking at doing a disney cruise dec,2012.Im wondering if its best to do the cruise from the 15th to 22nd then spend xmas at disney, but we will miss the mickey mouse show or is it best to leave on the cruise on the 22nd and do disney before hand?ta

Ahoy, Jade! How exciting you are going to be experiencing a Disney Surf and Turf this holiday season! Typically I would recommend doing the land portion of your trip after you cruise. However, looking at your travel dates I will suggest experiencing the Walt Disney World Resort before you cruise. It will very likely be the case that theme park attendance will be higher than usual due to the holiday. In addition, this will give you the opportunity to experience Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party before your Disney Cruise. However, if your heart is set on spending the Christmas holiday at the Walt Disney World Resort, then I would recommend simply adding a Pre- and Post-Cruise Hotel Package at both ends of your Disney cruise reservation. Don't forget to purchase Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper Option which will allow you to access more than one of the 4 Disney theme parks in a single day. To learn more about celebrating the holidays at the Walt Disney World Resort, please read HERE. Be sure to contact Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 to add the Pre- and/or Post-Cruise Hotel Package to your Disney Cruise reservation. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you. Enjoy a most memorable Disney Surf and Turf vacation this holiday season!
