We are looking at going to Disneyworld in May of 2020 and I was sure I had seen that people book trips a year in advance. Is this possible? We want a villa at Jambo House and want to make sure we can get it is why we want to book early.

    Hi Samantha!

Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm always looking forward to booking my next Walt Disney World Resort vacation, so I completely understand why you are looking forward to your May 2020 visit!

For room only reservations, Guests are able to book their reservations up to 499 days prior to arrival. This can only be done over the phone by calling a friendly Cast Member at (407) 939-1936. For online bookings, Guests can only book reservations once the Magic Your Way Vacation Packages for the following year are released. We don't know exactly when that will be, but it's usually sometime in the summer. Since you have your heart set on a specific room type, I'd recommend calling and getting your room only reservation booked as soon as possible. Once packages are released, if that's something you are interested in you can call back and have your reservation changed.

I hope this helps in planning your next adventure to Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas! Please come back if we can help in any other way.
