Hi Paul, and welcome to planDisney! It's always a pleasure to chat about Disney with one of my Florida neighbors!
Speaking of neighbors, one of the great things about living in the Sunshine State is having the best neighbor of all in the Walt Disney World Resort. And they never come over asking to borrow the lawn mower!
When it comes to buying tickets, there's no
Florida Resident discount on the 1-Day option, so we'll pay the same price as an out-of-state Guest for that ticket. Unless you're sure you'll only be visiting for one day, it's always a better deal to buy multi-day tickets. If you went with a 3-Day ticket starting on July 24, 2021, you'd pay an average of about $84 per day, while a 4-Day ticket starting that day is only $67 per day with the special
40% discount offer Disney is running right now for Floridians. You can see how much of a difference it makes when you add extra days!
Paul, don't forget that you'll need to make a
Disney Park Pass reservation for the theme park you plan to visit. They've been going pretty fast, so check your dates on the
Availability Calendar and make your reservations as soon as you buy your tickets.
I hope this helps you plan a magical day (or three, or four!) at Walt Disney World, Paul. Please be sure to come see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
