Looking for a Disney vacation planner. As this is our very first time planning a trip here and we’re a semi big family just want an organized trip. Can you help with finding a planner?

    Hi Charlie!

Thanks for stopping by planDisney with your question, I'm happy to help!

Finding an Authorized Disney Travel Planner near you can add ease and expertise to your vacation planning, making sure every detail is touched by a little bit of Disney magic! Authorized Disney Vacation Planners are specially trained and recognized by Disney for their knowledge of Disney destinations. They can help you with all aspects of your Walt Disney World Resort vacation - from booking your resort hotel to securing dining reservations and Enchanting Extras, typically at no extra cost to you. Here's some tips on how to find one:

    1. Disney's EarMarked Agency Program:
Look for agencies that are part of Disney's EarMarked program. These agencies have a special designation from Disney, recognizing their expertise and sales performance. They often have "Authorized Disney Vacation Planner" badges on their websites.

    2. Online Search:
A simple search online can lead you to a treasure trove of options. Try terms like "Authorized Disney Vacation Planner near me" or "Disney travel agent" along with your city or state to find a local pixie-dusted expert.

    3. Social Media and Forums:
Disney planning forums, Facebook groups, and social media platforms can be a gold mine for recommendations. Fellow Disney enthusiasts often share their trip reports and can recommend planners they've had great experiences with.

    4. Word of Mouth:
Ask family, friends, or colleagues who have recently visited Disney if they used a travel planner. Personal recommendations can lead you to a trusted and experienced planner.

    5. Interview Potential Planners:
Once you have a few names, consider reaching out to see who feels like the right fit for your family. Ask about their personal Disney experience, how they plan trips for families of your size, and any fees they might charge.

An Authorized Disney Travel Planner can take the stress out of planning and add more enchantment to the process, leaving you more time to dream about the magic that awaits. Remember, the best travel planner for you is someone who listens to your wishes, understands your family's needs, and sprinkles every step of the planning process with a bit of pixie dust!

Here at planDisney, we are guests, just like you, with many Disney trips under our belts. We enjoy sharing tips and advice from our Disney vacations to help add a bit of magic to yours! Please come back and visit us with any other questions you think of as you plan your visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth.
