    Hi, looking at the My Disney Experience account we have booked Quick service plan but it doesn't seem to be showing up on the account yet. We dont go until Sept.

    Hi Lee!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    Since the introduction of My Disney Experience, we can really enhance our holiday preparation by keeping all our plans in one place, and enabling us to make dining and Fastpass+ reservations, view our PhotoPass pictures and videos, order our MagicBands and connect Family & Friends to our account in order for us to link our reservations.  FastPass+ reservations can be made 60 days in advance of your arrival date (30 days in advance if you are not staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel).  You should also see details of your Resort Reservation - under 'My Plans, Reservations and Tickets' - click on 'Show Details' where your Room Type and Dining Plan will be displayed.  If these details are not showing up, please call the Technical Support team on UK number 0800 169 0749 (between the hours of 7.00am-11.00pm ET, which is 12 noon-4.00am in the UK) who will help you with any queries about My Disney Experience.  Remember to have your booking reference handy when you phone.
