looking into a Disney cruise and I see that they have a "split bathroom" what exactly does that mean

    Ahoy Melissa!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I'm so excited that you're interested in possibly cruising aboard the Disney Cruise Line! It sounds like you're doing some excellent research of all that a Disney Cruise has to offer. One of the many reasons families love sailing with Disney is because of the spacious staterooms onboard each ship.

Most of the staterooms offered on the Disney Cruise Line have split bathrooms. This means that one bathroom has a tub (with a shower) and a sink while the second bathroom has a toilet and a second sink. This makes getting ready so much easier! Also, each bathroom has shelves to store your toiletries as well as towels. My family loves using both bathrooms in the morning while we get ready for the day as well as at night before dinner!

If you decide to embark on a voyage with Captain Mickey and choose a specific itinerary and ship, take a few minutes to explore the virtual deck plan. Not only will you be able to see all the exciting restaurants and venues available onboard, you can look at where each stateroom is located, too! This will help you select a perfect stateroom while booking your future Disney Cruise.

Melissa, it was my pleasure answering your question! I'm sure you'll have a ton more questions as you explore everything there is to know about the Disney Cruise Line. Please don't hesitate to visit us again in the future!
