Hi, Adam!
Thanks for bringing your question to us at
planDisney. I’m glad to hear you'll be ringing in the New Year at The Happiest Place on Earth! The
Disneyland Resort theme parks will stay open later than usual and offer extra entertainment, like live performances, parades, and special fireworks displays, so it’s sure to be an exciting night!
As you mentioned, there will be a dining package offered at
Tomorrowland Skyline Terrace on December 31 to help Guests celebrate with reserved viewing of the New Year's Eve fireworks at
Disneyland Park. This is a great choice if you’d like a place to spend time relaxing while taking in views of Tomorrowland and the fireworks display. You can stay for the entire evening starting at your reservation time or come and go as you please until 12:30 a.m.! You'll have a great view of the Matterhorn and the fireworks higher in the sky from this balcony. In addition to a seasonal assortment of snacks, desserts, and beverages, you’ll get a themed credential with a lanyard, special party hats, and sparkling cider to make a toast to 2025! Please be aware that the fireworks can get canceled due to weather or other technical issues, and you are not able to get a refund or exchange.
The
dining package currently available at Plaza Inn offers reserved viewing for
A Christmas Fantasy Parade. However, a couple years ago, Plaza Inn also featured a special New Year's Eve package only on December 31 that included reserved viewing for the fireworks spectacular. No announcements about plans for this offer to return have been made, but I suggest checking the restaurant’s
dining package page often and also keeping an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for any possible updates if this might interest you.
I hope this helps, Adam, and that you have a wonderful time taking in the splendor of the theme parks this
holiday season! Please feel free to write back with more questions as your trip approaches.
Wishing you magic,
Courtney
