I am looking for dining options in Disney Springs on the night of our arrival. We have the dining plan so will use one of our dinner credits. We have a 4 year old & she will be excited. ts our first night there. Where should we eat?

    Hello, Kelly!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! September is a great time to visit the Most Magical Place on Earth and since part of that Magic includes dining, I'm happy to help!

Enjoying some time at Disney Springs on your arrival day is my favorite way to ease into a Walt Disney World Resort vacation and will allow you to unwind and start soaking in that Disney atmosphere. My family and I love walking around, window shopping, visiting the Lego store and of course... eating! Disney Springs is home to some amazing options and there is truly something for every palate!

Now, let's see if I can offer up a few suggestions that might fit as perfectly as Cinderella's glass slipper.

First, if you're up for dinner and a show, check out Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant. This kid-friendly pub has old world charm with nightly live music and dancing beginning at 4:30 PM.

If entertainment isn't important, but comfort food is, take a look at the menu at Chef Art Smith's Homecomin'. The fried chicken is legend as is the Hummingbird cake! Another great choice is Maria & Enzo's Ristorante. This restaurant marries Italian cuisine with an inside space reminiscent of a 1930's airline terminal! I mean... how cool! And, if your daughter isn't an adventurous eater, you'll find spaghetti and meatball on the kids' menu.

If you're like me and love Mexican food, consider a reservation at Frontera Cocina. With lots of options for adults and kids' tacos or quesadillas, I know this would be a win with my family.

And, finally, since you're traveling with a 4-year-old, I would be remiss if I didn't share one of my son's favorite restaurants when he was four... T-Rex! If you're looking for an out-of-this-time-period atmosphere, this is the place. My oldest was mesmerized by the dinosaurs and indoor thunderstorms!

Kelly, I hope this helps as you are thinking ahead to September. Each of the options above accepts the Disney Dining Plan and will be 1 Table Service entitlement at dinner.  And... don't forget to make those advanced reservations.

Kelly, we hope you come back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with any other questions you might have. Wishing you and your family a vacation that is sweet, savory and unforgettable.
