Hello we are looking at cruises for 2026 and would love to try the new destiny, we will be staying at Disney world and hopefully heading back to there afterwards, do you know if there is any plans for Disney transportation for next year please,

Ahoy there, Rebecca! Thank you for visiting planDisney with your question. I am looking forward to sailing on the Disney Destiny next year, too!

Currently, there is no Disney Cruise Line transportation available from the Walt Disney World Resort to Port Everglades, and it is unclear if this will change in the future. You do have some options, though. You can rent a car and leave it in the parking deck while you are sailing, so you can return to Disney World. There are also some private companies that can be found through an internet search. The high-speed train service Brightline is also an option from Orlando to Fort Lauderdale. From the train station, you can take a ride-share to Port Everglades.

Rebecca, I am looking forward to the heroes and villains theme of the Destiny. The Destiny will be the only ship where you can see the live show Disney Hercules as well as dine in the Pride Lands: Feast of The Lion King rotational dining restaurant. Stay tuned to the Disney Parks Blog for new announcements as we wait for the inaugural sailing on the Destiny.

If you have any other questions, sail back to planDisney. We are here to help you plan your next Disney vacation.

    Your Destiny Awaits!
