Welcome to planDisney, Margaret! Planning an adventure to Alaska is a cruise unlike any other. Where else can you sit by a pool with a lovely drink and watch orcas jumping in the distance?
To find your cruise information, make sure your reservation uses the same e-mail address as your Disney account. If not, you will want to create an account using the e-mail address on the reservation - or call Disney Cruise Line to update your reservation to use your Disney account.
With the reservation linked to your Disney account, you should be able to see your cruise itinerary on Disney Cruise Line's website. On the navigation bar at the top of the screen:
- Look for "Already Booked." It is on the right side, between "Plan a Cruise" and "Help."
- Hovering over "Already Booked," a drop-down menu should pop up for you. At the very top is "My Disney Cruise" in bold with "My Reservation" immediately under this.
- Select "My Reservations."
- Follow the prompts to log in with your Disney account e-mail and password.
- Once logged in, you should be able to see your cruise reservation, including details about the itinerary.
If you are unable to locate your reservation online, please
call and ask a Cast Member for assistance. Once found, ask them to help link it to your Disney account so you can find it online and on
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App.
If this does not answer your question, please come back and
submit a question to me directly, and we can continue until we find what you need. I can also tell you all of my favorite things aboard the Disney Wonder and the phenomenal
Port Adventures that amazed us on our Alaskan adventure.
Cheers!
Jana
