Ahoy, Deanna!
I'm thrilled to hear you're considering setting sail on the gorgeous
Disney Dream! We sailed on the Dream in May - it's such a beautiful ship, with so much to do for guests of all ages. It really is the perfect setting for a "dream" vacation!
While the college-age group doesn't have dedicated spaces (like the Youth Clubs for the younger set), Disney Cruise Line makes sure to have plenty of events and activities to entertain the college crowd. In your Personal Navigator (a daily schedule of activities), you'll see events with the title "Club18*21". On our last cruise, they held cooking classes, free-throw contests, and several mixers. I encourage guests to attend the first Club18*21 event offered on the ship to meet guests in the same age group. The crew members who lead the activities are usually around the same age, and make these events really fun for the participants!
College-age kids also have full access to all of the adult areas, including
nightclubs/lounges and
Senses Spa. There are tons of fun activities like karaoke, trivia contests, dance parties, etc., that are fun for guests of all ages! No worries - there's something for everyone on a Disney Cruise! You'll be amazed at all there is to see and do.
Hope this helps! Please come back and visit as your planning gets underway - we'd love to answer any questions you might think of.
Have a magical day! - Diane W.
