Hi we are looking at coming during the free DP. I am wanting to know how much more crowded it is during December than August or September. I do not want to come during the cold part of the year or when we are unable to go to the water parks. Thank you

    Hi Teresa,

In terms of time of year, December is quite variable. I've visited when the weather is plenty warm enough for the pools, and other times when we were wearing heavy clothing. If warmer weather is important to you, I'd lean towards Fall months.

You'll see a significant increase in crowds as you inch closer to the holidays (3rd and 4th week of December are incredibly crowded) but the first two weeks are ideal during December. September is historically one of the quietest months of the year with very few crowds. It might be the perfect balance between lower crowds and hot weather that you are seeking!

I hope my insight was helpful, Teresa. Any other questions? We are happy to help you plan a magical vacation.

    Best wishes,
    Sherri
