    we are looking at coming from australia next September. Is this a good time and also we are thinking 6 nights. is this sufficient or too much? what is the weather like at this time? are water parks still an option

    Hi Julie!

    This is a great question. 

    I think September is a great time to visit Walt Disney World. It is a lot less crowded there then and there is Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party to enjoy on select nights in the Magic Kingdom. The weather can still be very hot and humid (even into October) so the water parks are definitely still a great place to visit at that time of year. With regards to the length of time, I think that is a good length of time. I would definitely suggest no less than 5 nights and then go up from there based on your available budget and time. One could easily spend two days in the Magic Kingdom and two days in Epcot.
