    Hi! Looking for clarity on Magic Bands; I’ve read they’re being phased out but debating on still purchasing because they seem so much more convenient. Does everyone in your party need to wear one, including toddlers?

    You are right in that MagicBands do offer an extra level of convenience for Guests who choose to use them. My family enjoys not only displaying some of our favorite characters on our wrists, but we also appreciate the touch-free access MagicBands provide. To clarify, MagicBands are completely optional for everyone. Nobody is required to wear one but any Guest who appreciates the convenient perks is certainly welcome to. 

    Alternatively, Guests can now also opt to use the MagicMobile Service to access some of the same features that are available with MagicBands. Just make sure to link your tickets, reservations or other entitlements to your account and then use your iPhone or other smart device in place of a MagicBand.
