I am looking for clarification regarding the Wave Phones. I notice you recommend using the dry erase boards for communication while on the Dream, but no mention of the Wave Phones for communicating? I heard each room would have 2? Thank you!

    Hi, Dustin!

Yes, Disney Cruise Line has put two waves phones in each stateroom aboard every ship. This is a great way to stay in touch with members in your traveling party and to place class to specific locations throughout the ship. However, should one of those phones get lost or broken, there is a hefty fine for replacing them. Therefore, I would be careful about allowing teens to use these, and that's why I still think that having a communication plan with your teens before you board is the best course of action. I personally think that "checking in and out" using a white board in the stateroom works best for our family. Of course, you know your kids best and know what will work best for your family. I hope that clears things up for you.

Have a wonderful day and a magical vacation. Bon voyage!
