Why hello there, Olivia. Welcome to planDisney!
Don't you just love being an
Annual Passholder at the
Walt Disney World Resort? I just activated my very first
Annual Pass this past August and I'm still not over it! The discounts,
the benefits, and, most importantly, the ability to visit the resort more often just make it all worth it to me! After all, who wouldn't want to experience the Most Magical Place on Earth as often as possible?
At this time, as long as you are not trying to use your Annual Pass during one of your
blockout dates, you should have no problem hopping to
Magic Kingdom Park (subject to capacity limitations) if you've made a
Theme Park Reservation for
EPCOT and have entered EPCOT before traveling to Magic Kingdom Park. Also keep in mind that if you are visiting on a
Good-to-Go Day (viewable on the
Annual Passholder Admission Calendar), you will not need a reservation at all (blockout dates still apply)!
As an
Annual Passholder, you can visit any theme park after 2 p.m. without a Theme Park Reservation except for Magic Kingdom Park on weekends. However, this doesn't apply to your specific situation because you'll already have a reservation, even though it's for EPCOT! At this time, the 2 p.m. rule only applies to Guests who have no Theme Park Reservations at all and want to just stroll into a park. If that's the case, they won't be able to stroll into Magic Kingdom Park on the weekends without any kind of Theme Park Reservation.
Olivia, I hope this clarifies things for you. If you have any other questions,
please reach out to me directly!
Happiness is the richest thing we will ever own,
Matt
