We are looking for cheap quick small breakfast options at AK park and HS park. Something like we love at MK (Gaston's cinnamon rolls). Does this exist in those parks?

    Welcome back to planDisney, Connie!

Oh, you've asked a fantastic question. One of our favorite things to do while up and out early at a Walt Disney World theme park is to grab a special breakfast treat that we just cannot get anywhere else in the world. Great thinking!

Entering one of the four theme parks early, then experiencing an attraction or two prior to picking up a savory or sweet treat is a wonderful way to start a day of touring, and the gargantuan warm cinnamon roll at Gaston's Tavern is a Magic Kingdom Park must-do.

When you are looking for a quick but delicious breakfast treat at Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park, dash directly to Pandora - The World of Avatar, arriving at Pongu Pongu for a quick and uniquely delicious breakfast. My current favorite (seriously, we're heading there first on our next trip) is the Pongu Lumpia, which is a "Pineapple Cream Cheese Spring Roll"...oh, my goodness, is it delicious! You can also order French Toast Sticks, or a Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit, so everyone will find something interesting to enjoy on the go.

If you find yourself at that same park, but in Africa, then be sure to stop at Tamu Tamu Refreshments, where several selections will hit the spot. Compare the Colossal Mickey Cinnamon Roll to Gaston's (just don't tell Gaston if you like Mickey's better...), or a Guava and Cream Cheese Danish. So good!

Over at Disney's Hollywood Studios, many Guests are partial to the tasty treats offered at Woody's Lunch Box (Raspberry, Lemon-Blueberry, or Chocolate-Hazelnut Lunch Box Tart? Mmm...do I have to choose just one?), located in the iconic Toy Story Land. If you'd like to grab-n-go as soon as you get into the park, stop at The Trolley Car Cafe, which serves up STARBUCKS Coffee and Disney baked goodies.

Heading over to the out-of-this world Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge? Try an early stop at Ronto Roasters where both the Ronto Morning Wrap (yum!) and Rising Moons Overnight Oats (double yum!) are delicious items you can enjoy on-the-go. While touring Batuu, consider washing down that breakfast with either the blue milk or green milk, or try one of each; both available at the nearby Milk Stand.

You can easily locate all of these options using your My Disney Experience app, too!

As you pixie-dust your plans for your upcoming visit to The Most Magical Place on Earth, Connie, be sure to send additional questions our way. We love to help!
