We are looking to do a character dining at the Contemporary at Chef Mickey's, I see that you can take the monorail over from the park. How much is the monorail and can it be used if you are not staying at any of the WDW Resorts.

The use of the Walt Disney World transportation system is included with your theme park ticket. So feel free to hop aboard the monorail and enjoy your meal at Chef Mickey's!
