Hi there looking to change dates on my disney tickets to this october as we could not travel last year due to covid restrictions.

    Hello Ally,

Welcome to planDisney, and thanks for bringing us such an important question.

As the current British Mum here at planDisney, I can more than relate to your enquiry concerning changing the dates on your previously purchased Disney Theme Park Tickets.  The ongoing global pandemic and associated travel restrictions have ruined so many family holidays to Walt Disney World Resort, including my own.  But thankfully, since November 2021, things have begun to look a lot more magical for us Guests arriving in the USA from the United Kingdom!

Ally, I'm more than happy to share that in my own experience, Guests are required to speak in person with a helpful Cast Member who will be best placed to view their My Disney Experience accounts, and then fully discuss any available options moving forward.

It's easy to connect with a friendly Cast Member by dialling the UK freephone number contained within this handy Walt Disney Travel Company - Contact Us web link.

I hope that I've been able to share a little zip-a-dee-doo-dah insight for you today Ally.  If you should happen to have any further questions concerning your October 2022 plans to holiday at the most magical place on earth, then please do pop right back to me here at planDisney.

Have a great Disney day ~ Jane
