Hi, We are looking to celebrate our Sin’s 7 th birthday in Disney world in March. Please recommend daylong activities to celebrate his day ☺️

Hi there, Abhilasha. Welcome to planDisney!

As Mickey Mouse would say, "Oh, boy!" It sounds like your son is going to have the most magical 7th birthday celebration! Yay! I'm throwing confetti, streamers, and pixie dust all over this question! As a Gigi to a 6-year-old granddaughter, I'm doing the Hot Dog Dance in excitement to help you plan the most Mickey-rific celebration in The Most Magical Place on Earth. This is such a fun age and absolutely celebration-worthy! So, let's pull out all our planDisney Mouseketools and get this party started!

No matter what you plan, be sure to stop by the front desk of your Resort hotel or a merchandise location to ask for a complimentary Birthday Button. This will let Cast Members and other Guests, like me, know that there is a special Mouseketeer with a very special birthday. Your son will have fun being wished a happy birthday all day!

Abhilasha, you have SO MANY magical options to choose from! Let's start with the Enchanting Extras Collection. This list of "special" experiences is my go-to when I'm planning a celebration. In fact, I'm currently organizing a celebration for my granddaughter, and a fireworks dessert party is at the top of my list. Not only will we snack on a variety of "all we care to enjoy" themed magical desserts and drinks, but we'll also have the perfect view of the Happily Ever After fireworks show. On this list, you'll also find options like building your own Star Wars droid, taking a horse-drawn carriage ride, participating in a Fort Wilderness archery experience, or enjoying a fun afternoon of miniature golf. If you're in need of a special birthday cake or personalized in-room gift baskets, this collection has those options too!

One of our favorite ways to celebrate is with a character dining experience! Not only do you get to enjoy a special meal, but it's also the perfect opportunity for your son to have a magical birthday moment with his favorite characters. Whether he prefers a birthday breakfast with Winnie the Pooh at The Crystal Palace, mischievous fun with Stitch at 'Ohana, or a lively party with Mickey and his friends at Chef Mickey's, your son will love this celebration meal.

Abhilasha, I feel like I could type for hours with suggestions. We can't forget about fun experiences like A Pirate's Adventure ~ Treasures of the Seven Seas, an EPCOT scavenger hunt, or the Animation Experience at Conservation Station. Let your son drive his own car at Tomorrowland Speedway, be the pilot on Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run, or visit Oga's Cantina for a fun, fruity, non-alcoholic drink in the best watering hole in the galaxy that includes music and fun!

I hope this helps you find the perfect ideas for your son's special day. Please feel free to reach back out if you have any questions or just need help getting all your Donald Ducks in a row. I'm SO very happy you reached out, Abhilasha, and this Disney-loving grandmother is wishing your son THE most magical birthday! I hope we can help you again.

    Happy planning,
    Shonette
