Hiya, Andrea! We are so happy you found your way to our little corner of the magic with your question. One thing I have always admired about the Disneyland Resort is how they work to accommodate the needs of each and every Guest so that everyone can enjoy the magic. It's truly what makes this place so incredibly special for so many of us ... and a Disneyland day is not complete without Disneyland snacks throughout, so let's see how we can get you the information you need to enjoy your day! While I was unable to find a carb-counting guide within my bag of pixie dust, I can point you in a few directions that will hopefully get you what you need during your trip.First and foremost, I'm so happy to tell you that you can request to speak to the chef or a special-diets trained Cast Member at most table-service and quick-service restaurants if you have any specific questions about the menu. In most cases, this does not need to be arranged in advance. The Disneyland Resort will take precautions and make reasonable efforts to accommodate you for all requests! When it comes to table-service restaurants, you can add any special dietary requests you may have while you are making your reservation. I understand this may not be a solution for you specifically, but thought I would mention it just in case. You will see the option just above where you check that you have read and agreed to the Guest Policies. I always like to recommend reminding the Cast Members about any special dietary requests when you arrive at the restaurant so it's fresh in their mind as you're enjoying your meal. For carts, kiosks, and some quick-service restaurants, you are also able to ask to speak to a special diet consultant. This may take a bit of time as they aren't typically stationed at the smaller food venues, but this is an ask you should always feel free to make!Since the carb counting information is not available online, my suggestion would be to reach out to the Special Diets team at special.diets@disneyland.com. They will be able to answer questions and send you a special diet request form if that's necessary. They do request that you wait until you are within 14 days of your arrival before emailing them.Lastly, menus for table-service and most quick-service restaurants are also available online. While they do not include a carb counter, this may be a good place to start to at least see what the options are ahead of speaking to a special diets team member!Andrea, I sure hope this helps you find your way to those Disneyland snacks! My favorite time to munch on something sweet is while I'm waiting for a Nighttime Spectacular to begin! Before you head into the parks, take a peek at the Entertainment Schedule to decide which you would like to see so you can plan your evening around it. Both the Main Street Electrical Parade and Disneyland Forever fireworks will be making their final bow on September 1st, so if you're able to head to the parks by then, don't miss these special performances! Never stop dreaming,Tara
